100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This is a beginner 14 days 100 hour yoga teacher training course. This course focus on  Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and during the 100 hour yoga teacher training you will learn different yoga asana, meditation, yoga philosophy and anatomy, after completing this 14 days yoga teacher training you will get a certification. 

100 Hour (Saptanga yoga. )

Divya Himalaya Yoga offers 100 hours of Yoga Teacher Training courses to students interested in becoming yoga teachers. The entire Yoga Teacher Training program is complete within 14 days. The Teacher Training students will also get the one-day outdoor program where they enjoy various interesting yoga activities on their one day out. During the 100 hours yoga Teacher training program, the students will be covered with saptanga yoga. Sapt means seven, anga means limbs. This is one of the popular Hata yoga parts, also known as sapta sadhana.

In the 100-hour Teacher

Our 100 hour yoga teacher training program is a combination of traditional and modern yoga including meditation and ayurveda combination. 

During the 14 Days you will learn different yoga poses and after complete the training program you are able to enrolled for 200 and higher Yoga Teacher training Program .
